Head Of Retail Banking

Job Summary:As the Divisional Head of Retail Banking, reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in managing retail business within the Namibian market. Your primary responsibility will be to provide overall direction and supervision of the Group's strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Formulate and review short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for Retail Banking in line with the Bank's group planSet targets for Retail Banking bank-wide by products, regions, and branchesDevelop and implement strategies for Retail Banking, including marketing and sales strategies, product development, and customer relationship managementCoordinate with Commercial Banking and Institutional Banking divisions to develop and maintain customer relationshipsSupervise business plans and activities of Products Heads and their teams to achieve divisional targetsFoster efficient collaboration with other divisions for smooth workflow and effective collaborationDevelop a customer management framework based on customer insights and market analysisMonitor and report on the performance of all retail product offerings bank-wideQualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 14 years' experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a management role in Retail BankingA good first Degree in any discipline, with a relevant Master's degree considered an advantageA recognized professional certification will be an added advantageExcellent customer relationship development and management skillsStrong strategic orientation and advanced selling skillsKnowledge and understanding of the Namibian retail market and banking operationsFamiliarity with domestic and international banking operations, products, and industry analysisHow to Apply:If you meet the above requirements, please send your resume DIRECTLY
