In this role, you will lead our Research and Development (R&D) team, driving innovation and excellence in actuarial methodologies and practices.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Lead and manage a team of actuaries and researchers in the development of cutting-edge actuarial models, tools, and techniques.Drive research initiatives to enhance predictive modeling, risk assessment, and pricing strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, underwriting, and data science to integrate research findings into business strategies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
