Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, international job fairs, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, considering factors such as qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and work permits, to ensure their suitability for the organization and specific roles.

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, both domestically and internationally, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION Degree/ diploma Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
