MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 Years in commercial construction Project Management.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Driver's license and own vehicle necessary to access sites and fulfill the role.
Preferred Age: 30-40 years. Young, dynamic office!
REQUIREMENTS: • Self-assertive/pro-active/leadership qualities.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Oversee & manage daily: team of 6+ Project Managers + 2 site supervisors + 1
H+S officer.
• Lead the Projects division, manage the controls therein
• Manage clients, contractors, suppliers
• Quality, timelines, site control/efficiencies/cleanliness
