Head of ProgramsThe Head of Programs is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of our organization's programs.Key Responsibilities:Develop program strategies aligned with organizational objectivesOversee program activities including planning, execution, and evaluationLead and mentor program teams fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementMonitor program budgets ensuring efficient use of resourcesEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and donorsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsProvide regular reports on program performance to senior managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree; Master's preferredProven experience in program management or a similar leadership roleStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple programs simultaneously and work under pressureEstimated Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
