Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the city centre of Cape Town

Head of Product Role Overview: The Head of Product will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's product in South Africa. As a key member of the executive team, you will have a direct influence on defining not only the product but the overall business strategy for the South African market. Additionally, you will influence product decisions in other countries, leveraging the start-up ethos and fast-paced environment to drive innovation across markets. Reporting to senior leadership, this position offers the chance to drive growth in a start-up environment. The Head of Product will guide a talented team of Product Managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that enhances financial well-being for millions.
