Head Of Product

We have an exciting vacancy with a leading payment and fintech company as a Head of Product Management .
The successful applicant will report to the CEO.
R150 000 pm CTC | Permanent | Hybrid | Cape Town Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive the product strategy for Africa.
Lead the Africa Product team within the global payments organization.
Maintain relationships with key partners and vendors.
Monitor and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographies.
Own and manage the product roadmap.
Understand and address compliance, legal, and privacy impacts.
Lead product lifecycle from ideation through development and launch.
Research competitors and explore ways to improve products.
Translate merchant and stakeholder needs into product goals and features.
Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, operations, and development teams.
Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience.
Strong background in payments.
Proven experience as a people manager.
Ability to work across geographies.
Experience in creating strategies and driving decisions.
Proven track record in managing global projects with clear performance measures.
Team player with the ability to drive culture across the organization.
