Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related fieldAn Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPP, CSCP, CPSM) is a plusA Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement fieldIn-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation termsExperience collaborating with stakeholders across the organizationAbility to influence and drive change at all levels within the organizationProficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products, including advanced knowledge of ExcelResponsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectivesLead the development of category strategies, vendor management and vendor risk frameworkIdentify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation and process optimization through strategic procurement initiativesEnsure compliance with regulators and procurement policies and proceduresMitigate procurement risks by implementing robust controls, governance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologiesProvide leadership, coaching and guidance to the procurement team
