Head Of Procurement

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
An Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPP, CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
A Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement field
In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
Ability to influence and drive change at all levels within the organization
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office products, including advanced knowledge of Excel
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Lead the development of category strategies, vendor management and vendor risk framework
Identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation and process optimization through strategic procurement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulators and procurement policies and procedures
Mitigate procurement risks by implementing robust controls, governance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies
Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to the procurement team
