Head of Operations As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's retail business.
You will be responsible for managing KPIs, developing strategies to increase efficiency, sales, quality of services, security and reduce losses.

Your ability to manage costs effectively while meeting set milestones for store openings, revenue and costs will be crucial in this role.
Ensure all aspects of retail business operate smoothly, adhering to both HQ SOP & Local Policy Manage KPIs and focus on improvement efforts to meet target goals Use KPI data to analyse, develop and optimise strategies and processes Maintain consistent and exceptional standards of customer service in all stores Act as a key domestic liaison with all stakeholders including employees, landlords, suppliers, service providers and other parties Coordinate efforts of other relevant departments to achieve agreed targets Implement the business plan and meet set milestone targets in terms of store opening, revenue and costs Manage costs efficiently, prepare budgets and minimise variance against forecasts What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Head of Operations role brings extensive experience in Retail Operations management.
