Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives increasing efficiencies and reducing costsLead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performanceOversee the development and maintenance of operational processes, procedures, and systemsDevelop and report on key performance indicators and pipeline management for the teamEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g.

)Manage budgets and financial reporting for operational areasFoster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gainsCollaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and effective communication across GrowthHouseDevelop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendorsOwn and drive the financial advisor onboarding operational process end to endRequirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in administration and services to financial advisers.
Proven track record of leadership and team managementStrong strategic planning and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong analytical and financial management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or CFPExperience with operational process improvement and implementation of new systems and technology (e.g.
Elite Wealth, atWork, Xplan, Jira, etc)Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
