Head of OperationsAs the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's retail business. You will be responsible for managing KPIs, developing strategies to increase efficiency, sales, quality of services, security and reduce losses. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be paramount in maintaining the high standards expected by their customers. You will also act as a key liaison with various stakeholders, coordinating efforts across departments to achieve agreed targets.
