Responsibilities:Design and implement a holistic member engagement strategy that supports the clients key business objectives, including growth, revenue, and profitability, while sharing insights and best practices across global operationsOversee the deployment of digital channels, marketing automation, and CRM systems, ensuring they are optimized to meet the clients needsBuild and maintain the data infrastructure and technology platforms required to deliver scalable, personalized communications Requirements:Over 8 years of expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, and CRM, with a proven ability to enhance customer engagement, boost retention, and drive revenue growth through targeted initiativesComprehensive technical knowledge of digital platforms, customer journeys, data analysis, segmentation, and reporting toolsSkilled in analysing customer data to uncover insights into behaviour and preferences, using these findings to shape highly effective marketing campaignsExtensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar systemsProven ability to lead teams in crafting impactful creative content for direct communication channels, with expertise in content marketing, campaign analytics, email design, customer journey optimization, and engagement strategiesSalary: R Job Reference #: 1146566
