Head of Marketing Estimated Salary: R1,000,000 - R1,800,000 per annum.
About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to support our Chief Marketing Officer in managing cross-functional marketing teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving the brand and marketing strategy, aligning business and marketing goals, and driving commercial growth.
Responsibilities Lead and direct the development of the marketing strategy, aligning it with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Develop and drive the brand and marketing strategy, with a strong commercial understanding that aligns business and marketing goals.
Partner with senior managers to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Develop and gain agreement to annual business plans, ensuring alignment with strategy.
Requirements Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
7-10 years of marketing and brand experience within the financial services industry.
Experience in project management and program improvement.
5 years of senior leadership experience, managing diverse marketing teams.
Skills Strategic planning.
Commercial acumen and customer market analysis.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics.
Marketing commercialization.
