The portfolio will cover:StrategyLead Generation - Develop and implement successful lead generation strategies to maintain and increase a steady stream of high-quality leads for the sales team, digital marketing - oversee SEO working hand in hand with agency to improve organic rankings, oversee website updates and oversee all social media activity and content development.Getting more from existing customer base - partner with sales team in developing a comprehensive cross-selling strategy and activity plan, and develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage with our customer base.Events - plan and execute impactful events, including conferences, webinars, and industry gatherings.Other exciting things to do - oversee PR efforts and support sales initiatives by developing and executing promotional campaigns to boost sales and attract new customers. Collaborate with product managers to create marketing materials for new product launches. Manage suppliers and agencies to ensure cost-effectiveness and excellent campaign execution. Implement internal marketing initiatives to foster employee engagement and cultivate our desired company culture.RequirementsTertiary qualification (diploma or degree) in Marketing/Digital Marketing.Minimum 10 years experience in a Marketing role with at least 2 years in a senior role building corporate strategy.Strong lead generation and digital marketing experience is essential.B2B marketing experience essential.Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Google analytics, Google ads, LinkedIn and/or Facebook would be beneficial.Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate others, proven experience in building, developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.Are you ready to lead this dynamic marketing team and take the company to new heights?
