ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITY AREASWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Marketing & Administration.
This key role will oversee both the marketing strategy and administrative functions of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing expertise and administrative acumen to drive our company's growth and operational efficiency.
In this role, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.Content Creation: Drive content strategy and development for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.Administration Oversight: Oversee administrative functions including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the marketing and administrative functions.Executive Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence.EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in marketing or administrative roles.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in various marketing tools.Experience in administration and office management is a plus.Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
