Job Overview As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee our marketing function to develop, implement and manage strategies that will propel our brand within the crypto casino industry. Your success will be measured by improvements in growth, conversion rates, and customer retention. Multi-Channel Marketing: Create and manage marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid, SEO, influencer, and partnerships. Market Dominance: Drive innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that outperform industry competitors to increase customer engagement and conversions. Budget Ownership: Create and manage the marketing budget, setting clear performance indicators and ROI measurements to ensure our outgoings contribute to our growth. Industry Networking: Cultivate influential relationships within the betting, gaming, and crypto industries, promoting advocacy for our products and services, ultimately driving growth and market dominance. Special Projects: Lead special projects and provide regular, data-driven reports to senior stakeholders that reflect your strategic impact on the company's marketing efforts. Qualifications Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in a senior marketing or growth role, with a track record of delivering results in the betting, casino, gaming space. Performance-focused: A deep understanding of marketing metrics including lead conversion rates and organic search rankings. Background in the betting and gaming industry, either B2B or B2C, who is adept at both strategic leadership and day-to-day operational roles within a dynamic marketing function. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Extensive experience in crafting brand strategies from inception to execution. Proficiency in planning and rolling out effective marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrencies and online gaming. Familiarity with PR and global media strategies, particularly in tech and gaming sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
