Head of Marketing / Brand Manager R 70 000 - R 90 000 ctc per month Are you an experienced Brand Manager/Marketing Manager who has a track record to lead top-down strategies for driving commercial growth and sustainability?
This role entails overseeing the complete marketing function, including strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as managing relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with a proven record of successful brand management, commercial growth, and effective execution.
Develop and execute strategic brand plans.
Create and implement marketing strategies to boost brand growth and market share.
Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Plan and execute both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with external service providers like digital agencies and PR firms.
Analyze market trends and competitors to find opportunities and address issues.
Monitor and report on marketing activities and results to ensure a good return on investment.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing with company goals.
Use data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
Minimum Requirements: 6 - 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles in the consumer goods industry.
Preference for experience in a B2C environment.
Proficient in digital marketing techniques, CRM, Data, Google products, SEO, social media, content development, and website management.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (honours is desirable).
R 70 000 - R 90 000 ctc per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
