In this role, you will be accountable for delivering growth and profitable returns through leading the development of brand and portfolio operating plans for the Huggies brand, leveraging your unique understanding of the market and consumer which will build brand equity and align long-term category and brand development strategies with the region.
Responsible for aligning Global/Regional Strategic direction and translating that into local strategy and execution: • Develops local brand positioning aligned to global brand profile and ensures all activities support and build brand equity.
• Develops the strategic business plan in coordination with global, regional & local leaders (3-year plans; updated annually).
• Develop and oversee the annual Brand Operating Plan & commercial program(s) aligned to the 3-year strategy, through assigned agencies and direct reports.
• Responsible for Brand Operating Plan/commercial program execution and achievement of business targets.
• Drive Cost Transformation and brand innovation in close collaboration with manufacturing facilities.
• Responsible for Portfolio P&L; manage and drive margin improvements and market share growth.
• Explore, identify and develop opportunities that broaden and strengthen the market position and profit potential of the portfolio.
• Partners with the Regional Team to plan and implement innovation, commercial program ideas, and specific channel initiatives.
• Ensures that KC business management and compliance standards and controls are applied across all aspects of the role.
• Responsible to manage marketing budget; focus on A&CP.
• Ensures successful partnerships with Media, Creative, Influencer, In-store and PR Agencies.
This involves relationship building, negotiations and evaluation of performance on set KPIs.
• Key ownership of digital asset development, first party data acquisition and successful digital marketing campaigns to drive consumer-brand connections and relationships.
• Lead, inspire and develop skills base of direct reports as per company and development processes in line with one KC behaviors and individuals needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: • Over 7 years' marketing and brand management experience within FMCG • Demonstrated leadership capability & management of big teams • Demonstrated digital marketing understanding and experience • Financial management experience (advertising budgets, revenue & volume forecasting).
