An exclusive luxury accommodation provider is seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to oversee and drive their sales initiatives, with a focus on creating impactful marketing campaigns locally and internationally.
This role is based in Pretoria East and offers an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional passionate about luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive bookings and revenue.
Manage all social media platforms, creating content that resonates with local and international audiences.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and partners to grow the brand's presence.
Oversee marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's luxury image.
Monitor and analyse market trends, providing insights to adapt strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing within the luxury accommodation or hospitality industry.
Proven expertise in managing social media campaigns for global audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
