Amazon Mexico's Fashion (Softlines) Team is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and analytically-minded Head of Marketing and PM. As part of this exciting team, you will drive marketing strategies across key categories including Apparel, Shoes, Jewelry, Luggage, and Watches.In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and enhancing the customer experience through innovative programs and features. Leveraging data and performance tracking, you will identify growth opportunities and implement new ideas to propel the business forward. You will develop and lead a team of four Amazonians.Key areas of focus for this role include:MarketingLead and measure customer acquisition programs.Develop and execute merchandising activities to support promotional events and marketing campaigns.Measure and optimize traffic through Amazon's channels (e.g. homepage, e-mail, push notifications).Design, lead and implement customer experience enhancement/improvement projects.Lead editorial content.Create and analyze performance metrics and drive business decisions about future direction.Partner with various technical and business teams to build supporting automation.Provide insights and future trends to Vendor Managers and Brand Specialists to drive marketing goals.Collaborate with Vendor Management team and Finance team to achieve KPIs such as sales and inventory optimization.Project ManagementDefine the strategic roadmap and features to improve Customer Experience.Influence program roadmaps and technical teams and manage key stakeholders worldwide.The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgment, experience in marketing, a track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration, and excellent analytical capabilities.A day in the lifeThe main focus of this role is to drive customer acquisition, traffic, and conversion rate for the Softlines business in Mexico, in order to enhance customer experience. Key tasks include:Design Softlines strategy and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and optimize conversion rates. This includes developing targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing product content, and testing new features to improve the customer journey.Manage traffic initiatives to attract potential customers to the Softlines categories. You'll analyze data, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement impactful programs.Track customer metrics, understand root causes, and address any issues or opportunities.Collaborate closely with Vendor Managers to define merchandising strategies and leverage your expertise to provide insights on industry trends.Manage the editorial content for the Softlines business.Support Softlines Product Management team by identifying and removing roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track.About the teamInclusive team cultureAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
