Head Of M&A (Advisory)

This respected management consulting firm is looking to hire a Head of M&A.

This role will allow you exposure to a broad range of projects as well as industries for both blue chip trade clients and private equity houses.
As head of M&A, you will assist in driving and managing the M&A strategy of shifting to a greater focus on full transaction support and transaction advisory (deal advisory, deal origination, capital raising).
Job Experience & Skills Required: Chartered Accountant with 8 years'+ post-qualifying experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance or private equity OR Related financial qualification with CFA / FMVA qualification and 10 years'+ experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance or private equity 5 Years+ experience in a senior leadership position Experience in valuations, financial modelling as well as commercial and financial due diligence Exceptional report writing and presentation skills Strong academics APPLY NOW!
