Job Title: Head of Legal Location: Abhu Dhabi (potential assignments in other regions) A prominent player in Zambia's mining sector is currently seeking an experienced: Head of Legal Duties: Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the company's international mining investments Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of various contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to mining operations, joint ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships Manage legal due diligence processes for potential investments and transactions Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on international transactions and mining investments. Previous experience working in a senior legal role within the mining or natural resources sector is highly desirable. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school, with a license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions. Deep understanding of international business and legal frameworks, including contract law, corporate law, and international trade regulations.
