This is a high-impact role for someone with extensive experience in legal management within a listed company environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage diverse legal teams across various jurisdictions.Align legal strategy with organisational goals.Oversee the operational management of all legal services.Strengthen relationships with both internal stakeholders and external legal advisors, both local and cross-border.Implement and maintain legal standards, reporting any legal and ethical breaches.Conduct research and develop legal frameworks, analysing trends that may impact the business.Ensure labour legislation compliance both locally and across borders.Lead business improvement initiatives around ethics and corporate governance.Build a strong and cohesive team by recruiting top talent and fostering an inclusive work environment.Promote high-performance culture through employee engagement and performance management.Mentor and develop the legal team.Qualifications & Experience:LLB/LLM Degree (MBA is advantageous).Admitted Attorney/Advocate.10-15 years of experience in a similar senior legal role.At least 10 years of experience managing legal teams in a listed company.Extensive experience in corporate commercial & M&A matters.Strong knowledge of corporate, competition, contract, environmental, mining, and labour law.Solid regulatory compliance experience in multinational companies.Proven track record in legal risk management, project management, and establishing formal legal policies and procedures.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.Please submit your application online and take the first step toward your next opportunity.
