Degree: LLB/LLM MBA will be advantageous Admitted Attorney/Advocate 10-15 years work experience in same or similar role 10 years experience in managing legal teams in listed company environment Substantial experience in corporate commercial & M&A matters Knowledge of applicable legislation including corporate law, competition law, contract law, dispute resolution, environmental law, mining law, labour law, etc. Solid regulatory compliance experience in multinational companies Proven track record in establishing formal legal policies, procedures and internal controls Strong legal risk management background Demonstrable legal project management experience Leadership and management of lawyers and non-lawyers
