Job Title: IT Director
Seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the information technology department and drive digital transformation strategy.
Qualifications and Experience

Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
At least 10 years' experience in information technology, with 5 years at senior management level

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of the information technology department
Develop and implement digital transformation strategy and lead execution thereof
Consult with executive team on technology-related needs and purchasing decisions
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline internal operations and optimize strategic benefits
Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
Select and implement suitable security technology to ensure continuity of operations and confidentiality
Identify and execute strategic IT projects
Develop and implement a knowledge management infrastructure to ensure Intellectual Property is effectively maintained
Accountable for own and team's personal and professional learning & development

Requirements

Business and operational planning
Program and project management
Participation in developing a departmental budget and monitoring expenditures for multiple projects & funding sources
