As the Head of IT, Digital, and Special Projects, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our digital transformation efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing IT strategies to support our organisational objectives.
Managing digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Providing expert guidance on emerging technologies and digital trends.
Leading special projects that foster innovation and excellence within the organization.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
Supporting NHSE bids and project delivery to drive revenue generation for the organization.

Proven experience in IT and digital leadership.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic mindset with a knack for developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations (desirable).

Qualifications
Essential
Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
Demonstrated experience of delivering successful projects in complex and challenging environments.
Project management qualification such as Prince 2, Agile, etc.
Desirable
Information Technology Infrastructure Library or demonstrable experience.

Experience of working in a healthcare setting at a strategic leadership level.
Experience in Digital and IT management.
Ability to interpret and synthesise complex information and situations.
An understanding of Robotic Processing Algorithms.
