Our client in the property sector is seeking an experienced leader to head their Investments and Fund Management division. If you have a passion for strategic decision-making, property investment development, and investor relations, this could be your role!
The primary purpose of this role is to lead, grow, and manage the Investments and Fund Management Division. The role involves strategic decision-making, developing property investment products, managing investor relations, and overseeing financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage investment products and establish relationships with financiers.Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage a professional team, and ensure stakeholder engagement.Financial Management: Set and achieve financial objectives for the division.Investment Sourcing: Identify and manage transactions, secure funding, and manage deal completion and exits.Fund Platforms: Manage fund platforms to achieve target returns and compliance.Requirements:Honors degree in Business, Finance, or Property Studies.CA (SA) or CFA preferred.10+ years of real estate investment experience, including project development and management.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Lead the team, guide performance, and ensure investments meet their objectives.
