Our client, a dynamic Trade and Marketing Specialist based in Cape Town, has an exciting vacancy for a qualified and experienced Insights Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Conduct necessary research, analyze data, and build compelling stories that expose the hidden meaning behind it.
Develop Commercial Strategies, Brand strategies, In-trade execution strategies, Touch-point (POS) strategies, and general retail strategic work.
Present solutions to clients while adding value and consulting internally and externally as required.
Research functional requirements by synthesizing data and building a story from the facts.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of consumer behavior.
Analyze consumer questionnaires and surveys.
Translate insights into product concepts and transform them into presentation format.
Analyze market data and build stories that expose the hidden meaning.
Foster winning relationships with key senior stakeholders in client companies.
Identify opportunities in customer engagements and shape them into briefs.
Account management and leading projects for customers.
Be hard-working, diligent, determined, and prepared to go the extra mile.
Desired Experience & Qualification Must Have: BBus Sci Marketing or BCom Degree.
5 years shopper insights experience.
10 to 15 years overall related working experience.
Previous experience of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
A detailed knowledge of brand and retail environments.
Hands-on shopper tracking experience.
Experience in presenting to clients.
