Ensure compliance with South Africa's Labour Legislation and CCMA regulations.
Oversee the Company's wellness programme & events, ensuring a supportive workplace culture.
Utilize human capital management best practices to optimize workforce performance.
Identify bottlenecks within the company's operations and provide innovative HR solutions.
Implement cost-effective HRIS systems to streamline HR processes across the organization.
Lead HR initiatives related to change leadership methodology, driving organizational change effectively.
Collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, particularly within the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors.
Foster a positive workplace environment through effective leadership and support for staff development.
Conduct regular assessments of HR strategies and policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Desired Experience: 10 to 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Senior role, with a focus on the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions and managing change initiatives.
Strong knowledge of South African Labour Legislation and CCMA processes.
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective HR policies and practices.
Experience in wellness programme management and organizational change leadership.
