Our client is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR functions within their organization.
This role is critical in shaping a culture of excellence, driving talent acquisition, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and objectives.
Provide guidance to senior management on workforce planning and talent development.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
Learning and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.
Support leadership development initiatives across the organization.
HR Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for decision-making.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent is an advantage.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
