We are seeking a seasoned professional who will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture through effective employee engagement practices, robust learning and development programs, and strategic change management.Qualifications and Experience Min Bachelor's Honours degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology or Industrial EngineeringMinimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within a smaller, entrepreneurial companyProven track record in employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
