Executive Housekeeper - Luxury Resort, Zanzibar
Join a busy, fully inclusive luxury beach resort in Zanzibar with 180+ rooms, extensive public areas, and an on-site laundry, managing a team of 40 staff.
Key Attributes / Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role at a four or five-star property.
Hands-on leader; actively engaged with the team on the floor.
Proven track record in implementing and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Strong training, communication, and motivational skills.
Experience in remote locations and African settings is advantageous.
Creative thinker with excellent planning abilities.
Active, fit, and mobile; ability to navigate a four-story property without elevators.
Positive attitude with a good sense of humour.

Package:
Salary: US$36K.
Single status.
Medical insurance and annual flight home.
On-site accommodation provided.
