Scope of the role: We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Growth to spearhead the expansion of our e-commerce channels, with a particular focus on TikTok Shop, Meta, and other strategic platforms. This role is pivotal in driving performance marketing initiatives, optimising e-commerce funnels, and scaling revenue in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive strategies to maximise growth and profitability on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms.
- Optimise Revenue Levers: Identify critical performance levers such as conversion rates, retention strategies, and customer lifetime value to accelerate revenue growth.
- Drive Performance Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage creative, data-driven marketing campaigns that increase product visibility, engagement, and sales across key platforms.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Analyse and Refine Strategies: Monitor performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and iterate strategies based on data insights to achieve scalability and profitability goals.
- Leverage Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, advertising tools, and consumer trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements5+ years of proven success in e-commerce growth roles, with significant experience managing TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC brands.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise ROI.Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of platform algorithms, advertising tools (e.g., TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising), and performance marketing strategies
