Location: Mauritius - The role is based in Mauritius with travel being part of the role.What You'll Do:Drive strategic financial planning and operational efficiency.Lead month-end reporting, audits, and internal control enhancements.Implement advanced systems and processes to optimize performance.Provide strategic insights to executive leadership.Manage deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.What We're Looking For:10+ years in financial management, with experience in real estate or property management.Expertise in GAAP / IFRS standards and financial software as well as regulatory knowledge.A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.Advanced Degree (e.g.
MBA) or professional qualification (e.g.
