A prominent investment management firm, specialising in listed property, is seeking a Head of Finance Operations to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg.As a member of the leadership team at this specialist, progressive and fast-growing company, the primary objective of this position will be to strategically manage the operations, finance and governance functions of the business.The Head of Finance Operations is set to play a crucial role in providing strategic input into the day-to-day and long-term growth plan of the business, deliver on strategic projects and represent the company on industry body forums and committees.The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and managing the operational strategy, overseeing the finance function, managing compliance and governance, and leading various teams.
