Head of Finance - Johannesburg - wePlaceOur company is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our finance function as Head of Finance, responsible for developing and executing financial strategies aligned with our business objectives and industry trends.The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in senior finance roles within the telecommunications or technology industry, possessing excellent leadership and management skills.The Head of Finance will oversee robust financial management of day-to-day operations, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, payroll, and cash flow management.
They will drive operational efficiencies, implement improvements, reduce costs, and improve profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute long-term financial plans, budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, risk management, and strategic cost management initiatives.Drive optimisation of profitability through pricing strategies, cost-saving initiatives, and financial analysis to support business sustainability and scalability.Requirements:An Honours degree in Accounting with completed Audit Articles and relevant certification such as CA (SA).
