Job Description:Partner in leading an organisational transition as a leader, a change agent and an active motivator.Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget and general accounting.Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidations, planning and analysis.Develop and direct financial plans to deliver the strategic business plan, company growth and market opportunities and direction.Define the financial strategy and provide useful financial insights to help make the best decisions about executing our business strategy.Establish and maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, and ensure cash resources are available for daily operations.Set up and/or oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organisation.Analyse current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness.Manage investor, shareholders and outside lending relationships.Prepare and file financial reports to ensure compliance with SARS, CIPC, GAAP, SEC, IRS and other regulatory requirements.Manage the annual external audit.Qualifications:CA(SA)Minimum 5 years production experienceHow to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
