Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree Field of Study: Finance Experience Required: At least 10 years' experience in financial services.
Previous experience in heading up a finance team and delivering key MIS to business units.
Management Accounting reporting experience with an understanding of finance regulatory frameworks.
Broad understanding of a business environment.
Knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
Ability to construct and interpret financial statements.
Literacy in well-known finance applications.
Experience in challenging ideas and developing strategies.
Ability to direct people and manage financial and accounting control.
Experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Proficiency in statistical and mathematical analysis.
Responsibilities: Lead the finance function for BCB Technology, ensuring the successful execution of BCB Finance & BCB Technology strategies.
Provide value manager support to BCB Technology, Business, and Finance stakeholders, transforming finance into a true business partner that influences business direction, especially for Technology.
Drive business change with a broad perspective beyond finance.
Lead the BCB Technology Finance team according to SBG's leadership principles and values, managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring a high-performance culture.
Liaise with external and internal audit regarding BCB audit scopes related to financial controls and the financial control environment.
Nurture and develop inter-team relationships that accommodate agile ways of working and delivering across the organization.
Optimize strategic business delivery through guidance incorporated into quarterly business reviews.
Partner with and advise the BCB Chief Information Officer and his/her direct reports on optimizing returns through management of key business and value drivers within Group Finance policy.
