Ensure financial reports comply with standards (IFRS). Oversee monthly management account preparation. Prepare financial reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide insights for performance discussions. Approve reconciliations. Assist with audit preparation and processes. Help prepare annual financial statements. Maintain high-quality financial practices and controls. Implement measures to reduce risks. Influence and implement financial policies. Develop internal controls and compliance measures. Supervise accounts payable processes. Manage cashbook and bank transactions. Collaborate on accounts receivable management. Research and resolve accounting issues. Implement new accounting policies for compliance. Monitor expenses against budgets. Ensure expenses follow company policies. Manage cash flow and forecasting. Prepare the annual budget. Create quarterly financial forecasts. Manage compliance with regulations and taxes. Review calculations and submit relevant tax returns. Maintain e-filing profiles with external support. Mentor and coach team members. Manage leave and performance. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
