What Youll Do:Financial Leadership: Develop and implement innovative financial strategies, policies, and controls, collaborating with senior management to drive growth and success.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee payment processing, vendor management, invoicing, and collections, while minimizing risk and optimizing cash flow.Revenue & Stock Management: Lead revenue recognition, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and oversee inventory control to provide actionable insights.Marketplace Finance: Manage financial operations related to third-party marketplaces, ensuring smooth transactions and reporting.Financial Reporting & Analysis: Own financial reporting, audits, and budgeting processes, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring statutory compliance.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team, setting goals and fostering continuous improvement.
