Head Of Finance/Financial Manager

We're seeking an experienced, commercially minded Financial Manager / Head of Finance to join a medium-sized, but rapidly growing, privately owned industrial company based in Bedfordview, Gauteng.You will work very closely with the CEO. The company is on a strong growth trajectory, and thus requires someone comfortable giving strategic direction, as well as being transactional themselves. You will be given free rein to put things in place!Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the finance team.Strong emphasis on timely and accurate reporting of results.Assist with internal control.Payroll; HR; imports; procurement oversight.Working capital management.Desired Qualifications, Experience & AttributesCA(SA); CGMA; AGA(SA) or similar.At least 10 years experience in a mid to senior level financial position (required)."Product" experience non-negotiable (manufacture / FMCG / Retail / Wholesale etc).Strong commercial acumen, but also comfortable getting hands dirty.Strong Excel; SAGE Evolution and Pastel Payroll advantageous.CTC ExpectationR800 000 - R1,200,000 neg per annum (highly dependent on experience and qualification).
