Minimum Job Requirements: CA (SA) / ACA, ACMA qualification. Minimum 5 years Accounting/Finance experience. Minimum 3 years experience in a Management Accounting or Business Partnering role. Previous experience in the testing and adoption of power BI analysis and AI reporting, an advantage. Competencies: Sound understanding of end-to-end business processes, functional requirements, software packages and installation, data warehousing and analytical tools. Highly developed communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to manage and collaborate effectively with Executive stakeholder relationships. Professional, dedicated and a good team player. A self-starter, who is innovative and intuitive, and the flexibility to adapt to developing situations.\ High EQ. Frequent travel to all Group operations in Africa and Europe, including Spain. Key Performance Areas: Business Partnering: Identify and develop Finance Business Partner talent across the division. Work with Results Delivery Office/ESG and Strategy functions by providing key strategic support in determining priority areas. Provide first line of support for Business Partners. Direct management of Finance Business Partner activities. Agree objectives with functional leadership and steer monthly activities. Non-Financial Metrics: Take the lead role for the division in management, development, accuracy and assumability of Key Non-Financial Metrics. Determine the approach and connectivity for data management. Lead in developing the accuracy/sign off and triangulation of data for disclosure. Provide modelling and savings methodology to support achievement and measurement against agreed target, including agree methodology for evaluation Double Materiality Assessments and confirming EU taxonomy. Stay in touch with the evolving regulatory environment to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulators and external stakeholders.
