Optimize seating arrangements and workspace design to enhance employee productivity.
Budget Management: Craft and manage a facilities budget.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure competitive pricing.
Environmental Sustainability: Lead our green initiatives!
Implement eco-friendly practices and explore ways to reduce our energy consumption and waste.
Security Management: Protect our team and assets.
Implement robust security measures and coordinate with security personnel to monitor our premises effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to address facility-related needs.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders to deliver on their requirements.
Emergency Response: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct fire drills and training sessions to prepare staff for emergencies.
Compliance & Regulations: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed about local regulations and industry standards.
Ensure we comply with all health, safety, and facility management guidelines.
Canteen Services: Oversee our canteen operations to ensure quality food services and a comfortable dining environment for our staff.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels to ensure compliance with established standards.
Continuous Improvement: Always look for ways to enhance our operations.

What You Bring to the Table : Matric essential and related qualification beneficial 5-10 years' progressive facilities management experience of which 5 years must be in a senior management role.
Experience within a contact centre environment is beneficial Driver's license Relevant OSHE qualifications and understanding of OSHE Act and space regulations MS Office proficient Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience managing a facilities team essential Human Resources jobs
