Experience in defining and driving engineering strategy, vision, and culture at an organizational level. Hands-on experience with multiple backend programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and/or modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex, large-scale software systems. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English, both written and verbal. In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Extensive experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies. Active involvement in the tech community through speaking at conferences, contributing to open source projects, or publishing influential technical articles.
