Key Priorities / Critical Actions of this Role: Quality Engineering Delivery (including managing performance on engineering delivery). Ensuring Fee Revenue budget is met. Resources management and new staff planning to ensure the engineering teams are balanced to deliver quality engineering, whilst balanced from an overall profit point of view; Ensuring eminent/sought-after/competent teams; Digital transformation / smart delivery. Overall efficiency. KPIs Linked to This Role Include: Market FR Budget Competent/eminent teams (including impact by Design Scholars) Digital maturity and smart delivery.
