A well-sought-after multi-disciplinary engineering firm, that believes in co-creating an engineered impact that enables environments, communities, and economies to thrive, is looking for a new Head of Engineering and Delivery.
Key Priorities / Critical Actions of this Role:

Quality Engineering Delivery (including managing performance on engineering delivery).
Ensuring Fee Revenue budget is met.
Resources management and new staff planning to ensure the engineering teams are balanced to deliver quality engineering, whilst balanced from an overall profit point of view;
Ensuring eminent/sought-after/competent teams;
Digital transformation / smart delivery.
Overall efficiency.
