The report must highlight formal progress of HR initiatives, risks, and issues experiencedContinuously research and develop the company's Human Capital Strategy and ensure that new initiatives are introduced to ensure we remain relevant and attract the best talent. Your job is to make our company the employer of choice in our field, globally.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 15 years of experience10 years of experience leading the HR functionExperience as a member of EXCOHR best practicesBusiness acumen and management competencyLeadership skillsCritical evaluation and detail-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication
