Job description:
The purpose of this position is to develop and implement the national growth strategy of the company. Manage the National New business teams to ensure achievement of the overall strategic goals for Western National Insurance a Division of PSG Insure.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage regional growth strategies
Plan, implement and manage national premium/loss ratio growth budgets.
Ongoing measurement of results in line with the above
Continuous measurement and feedback of the external markets on service levels provided by the company
Broker relationship building
Plan and implement the national Marketing budgets and calendar for activities, events, media, PR etc
National Broker communication and distribution
Manage various company projects – Web site, Linked site, E-learning site, Broker Portal, Quote App,
Reporting
Attend various meetings on Manco and board level
Management of Staff
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Industry qualification
Minimum 10 years' experience in a relationship management role
Minimum 5 years' experience in executive managerial role
FAIS Accredited / Compliant
Excellent sales and relationships abilities
Strong technical Short-term insurance knowledge
