Key responsibilities:Managing the planning, deployment and optimization of search engine marketing initiativesDesigning the digital marketing activation program for various regional marketing initiativesManaging the optimization of the central digital advertising media allocation, including social media campaignsManaging social media implementation, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and otherSteering the SSA digital marketing community, including sharing best practices and finding solutions across the networkSupervising the development and approving implementation of local digital communications campaignsMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Produce relevant market, competitive and audience intelligence and insights to inform the strategic development of digital campaigns.Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reportsContinuously improves financial processes, systems, tools, and techniquesTakes appropriate measures to remedy financial riskEnsures proper billing and cash collection processes are in place in the country within sub-regionAnalyze records of internal customer inquiries, purchases, service requests and complaints to identify trendsTo monitor finance KPIs, standards and reportingBalance operational metrics against customer service metrics Convinces others within the organization to accept proposals and solutions where there may be little interest in cooperating or participatingMaintains relationships and provides financial expertise to Africa management board and top-level experts in the organizationMinimum Requirements:Education Bachelors Degree in MarketingDigital Marketing course qualifications are advantageousExperience:MUST: experience in the Digital Marketing field across SSA.Minimum 5-7 years' experience in MarketingMinimum 3-5 years in Digital Marketing
